Objective: The client aimed to establish a modern and empowering visual identity for her business "Block Espacios," which encapsulates three distinct real estate service areas. The goal was to craft a brand image that communicated stability, innovation, and a sense of expansion within the real estate industry.
Research & Discovery: An in-depth analysis of the real estate market trends and competitor branding was conducted. We delved into the unique selling propositions of "Block Espacios" and identified the target demographic to ensure the branding would resonate with the desired audience and stand out in the Argentine market.
Strategy & Concept Development: The brand concept was developed through collaborative brainstorming sessions focusing on the three pillars of the client's services. We established a strategy that would visually interpret the modernity and empowering aspects of the business while being versatile across various mediums.
Design Execution: The design process involved iterative sketches, digital mock-ups, and regular feedback sessions with the client to refine the logo and associated branding materials. We selected a bold and modern typography paired with a color palette that ranged from professional purples to vibrant pinks, symbolizing diversity and innovation.
